- Direct Hire Guarantee – I guarantee you’ll be completely satisfied with any direct hire placement during their initial 90 days. I back that up with a 100% Replacement Guarantee.
- My 3 Year Performance Guarantee – If the placed candidate is promoted, fired, transferred, or leaves for any reason during the first 3 years of employment I will provide a replacement candidate for 50% of our standard negotiated fee.
- Contract (Temporary) Employee Guarantee – If you are not 100% satisfied with any contract, or contract to direct employee (temp employee) during the first 80 hours their first 10 business days or 80 hours worked will be free. Even after the initial 80 hours or 10 business day period we will replace under performing contract employees with a suitable replacement at any time during an engagement.
